Why people gain weight?

Why people gain weight? The increase of weight can cause many illnesses as obesity. If anyone noticed a consistent increase in his weight, he has to try something about that serious problem before it is too late. There are many reasons that lead to gain weight, and bad eating habit, emotion and lack of exercises are the most important of gaining weight. First, some people used to some bad habit which can be eating fatty food while watching TV. Eating late at night and choosing unhealthy food. Then, sometime overeating can be cause by emotion. A lot of people turn to the food when they feel stress, or have some problems. And others like to eat when they feel bored or sad. Therefore, it is important to distract ourselves when we feel bored or lonely by doing some interesting activity like reading rather to keep thinking about food. Finally, because of the fact that exercise help burn extra calories, people need to have an active life and exercise regularly. A lot of people straggle with weight; however, they do nothing about. Even if they know the reasons why they are over weight, they keep having same behavior of eating fatty food, eating too much even if they are not hungry and don’t exercise enough.
